Week 3 Day 3

I start Week 4 Day 1 today. My shoulder was a little tight on Sunday but I should be good to go.

Level 1: 30
Level 2: 22
Level 3: 22
Level 4: 20
Level 5: As many as you can at least 29 (32)

Man... I have been slacking on my exercise... I haven't even started doing this, much less my regular 6 miles on my bike.
