I know I've mentioned before that I like to cook and bake.  I think I've mentioned that I like to try new recipes.  I'm not sure if I've mentioned how often those recipes go horribly wrong

Maybe this was some kind of karmic retribution for the lack of cookies on our road trip. Although maybe I should be grateful, because if these were next on your list of recipes, maybe you would have made them for the trip, and ewww lemon.

In my experience, anything edible left in the vicinity of engineers (and probably just males in general) will be eaten. If not, maybe feed it to the ants/birds/geese/squirrels.

I definitely would not have made lemon cookies for the road trip. Peanut butter chocolate chunk - THAT'S a road trip cookie!

The funniest thing is - they got rave reviews from everybody! Apparently I was the only one who didn't like them.
