You know, you could totally do a 'see more' horror story... Though I do think it would have to be internet-centric. Like, there's a person, and every time they click a 'see more' button on a website they... I don't know, have a psychic flash of something terrible that will happen to the person who wrote what they're trying to read. And they try to help, but the internet is so anonymous, and they can't and they end up in an insane asylum muttering 'see more... see more... see more...' to themselves?
