It starts, but it doesn't stay on for longer than 10 minutes, it goes to the blue screen. I think I am gonna take it apart and clean it when my hubby gets home, just so I don't mess anything up. LOL. And thank you so much!

I'm sorry to hear about your computer. I could possibly help if you took a screenshot of it somehow. Doing lots of work in computer and digital systems. I'll even try and ask one of my tutors to give some help on it.
