The intent of the law(s) that she references is to prevent the exchange of illegal substances. Very few of the IB chatters live in close geographical proximity, so unless they're discussing methods in which to ship those illegal substances and posting links to Paypal accounts, there isn't a snowball's chance in hell that a case based around chatroom jokes would be taken seriously.
