Today the electricians came and upgraded the electrical panel. No longer do we have multiple circuits wired to the same breaker (a code violation) and we have room for lots of new circuits. They next ran a 2" conduit to the laundry room so that it would be easy to snake wire to a useful location (the breaker panel is in the front of the garage,

If so, no, there was no reason to cast a provisional ballot. I was registered, just not in Salem. A provisional ballot is used when there is some question as to whether you qualify. There was no question on qualifying. We did not qualify to vote in Salem, we did qualify in Marlborough (you qualify to vote up to six months after you end your residency in a local).
