Young Author's Conference at Westchester Community College

I was at the Westchester Community College for the Young Author's Conference today. it was about 12 of us going there with the lovely ol' Ms. Monte, so absent-minded and confused it was enormously endearing.

Jealous, jealous, jealous. I wish that something similar was offered to us. Instead, I'm stuck in a writing class 45 minutes out of the day, and except for that rare occasion that I actually have a decent idea in my head, I sit there and ponder about what I actually need to be writing.
