Writer's Block doesn't seem to be posting anybody's answers lately. What *is* your favorite flavor? Mine (alas no longer sold around here) is Dulce de Leche by Breyer.
Isn't that weird? That's the first time that my answer hasn't appeared to one of these questions. I even went back and edited it, hence the lj, wtf?, and wtf lj? tags, and even then it didn't appear.

My next favorite runner-ups are: strawberry (especially if it has real strawberries in it), mint chocolate chip, cinnamon (especially with apple pie or apple cobbler, chocolate, or anything lemon-y (which other than sorbet, sherbet or gelato, is difficult to find, alas.
Have you ever tried (or even heard of) adzuki(red bean)ice cream? A waiter at the Chinese restaurant at Epcot convinced me to try it. I was so glad I did! The beans are very sweet, sort of like light brown sugar. I've never seen the ice cream anywhere else, but I've seen the bean paste used in other things. I got some from the Asian Market so I could make the ice cream. Yummy!
Oh, interesting! I think I've seen it mentioned in a book or two, but I haven't ever tried it. If I come across it in a restaurant, I might give it a try, based on your enthusiastic recommendation. Thanks! :-)
