Finally started working on my plot outline for NaNo today, and my character is really taking shape. To be fair, I used the Character Workbook from the High School section on the Young Writers site, but I think she's coming out nicely... Her name is Gracie Ann Patrick, and here's her pic

During the Civil War since her character's side job is a soldier and I do a lot of fort battles.

P.S. I did a draft of a simple icon for you but I can't figure out how to make it small enough. How big is it supposed to be and what format?

Well...I think she could look as someone coming from the Mediterrean area too. I think Italian, Spanish, Greek people could have dark skin and dark hair and eyes!
Her name sound to me of Irish origin?? But you can made her have some south europe relavite or something like that...
