I'm not sure about the protocol on this since so many people on my friends list are LOTR and this isn't LOTR, at all. It's a fic about an old TV show that was cancelled before it's time but I still think about the show from time to time. I'm not familiar with this fandom, but I don't really need to be because you've conveyed the pain and longing of lovers-about-to-be parted very vividly. Your word choices are wonderful: captivated, sensing, molding, basking. They're unusual words, and add so much to the scene. Very nicely written!
