I just accidentally made vegan british-style custard.
Using Isa's recipe for chocolate pudding as a base (as found in Vegan with a Vengeance)
Whisk 3 tbsp arrowroot into 2 c soy milk until dissolved (use saucepan). Put saucepan over heat. Add about 1/4 c agave nectar; mix to incorporate. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or to taste. Whisk over medium heat
