i'm worried that i'm becoming one of those girls. the girls that have everything. god i mean, i'm here with people from all different backgrounds and i know exactly how i seem. because i wear oxford shirts and pearls to class? i don't know. because people are surprised that i have my own car at home that just sits there in front of my house

the difference between you and "those girls" is that you are aware of these things and you are examining them/subjecting them to criticism (wow i sound like my philosophy teacher). "those girls" would be totally happy in their state of ignorance. Even though i dont have credit cards that my parents pay for i still know how you feel i mean we cant help it, it is just how NOVA is.
when i was at MICA i was the only girl out of 4 sweet mates that had my own car with me on campus and they were all pretty damn surprised that i had one. Also, my room had the most shit in it and i just knew (unfortunately) that i was the "spoiled one" out of all of them. <3333333333333333333333333333
