Gym today (was still sick yesterday). 10 minutes stretch, 20 minutes cardio, routine 2009.02 x2 (~20 minutes)

In other news the bread did not turn out so well last night :P Need to remember to set the timer next time I don't want a dried out brick.

I'm glad you are back at it! Sorry about the bread. My new sinus stuff seems to be helping, so maybe I can do yoga today. I really, really hate to complain. I prefer saying I'm lazy than I'm sick/stressed/unhappy etc. My sinuses feeling like a cement mixer has really gotten in the way of my yoga stuff, but your posts keep reminding me to remain focused! Thanks so much.

I ended up taking a 2 hour nap this afternoon. I guess I'm not well enough yet to function on two nights of 7.5 hours of sleep.
