Okay, I went looking for an explanation of an exercise assigned to one of the higher scalings of tomorrow's Crossfit WOD, and found

(He is, however, not strong enough to put people down without making them turn their goddam ankle, ow dammit. But that's not lack of strength, that's just expectation that everyone can do a perfect catlike landing on their feet from any position, the way he can.)
