Okay, I went looking for an explanation of an exercise assigned to one of the higher scalings of tomorrow's Crossfit WOD, and found this. At the top it looked like tough versions of moves I already knew about, and then just got... progressively more as I scrolled down.

No-grip one-armed chin? Clapping freestanding handstand pushups? What the hell is this guy made of, steel and rubber bands?
