Wow. Given that I'm prone to anxiety, I'm used to worrying about things. I never thought that there was so much to owrry about, though... It's never been like this. Yes, you can, and you will.
Change is hard to do; harder to do all at once in big chunks; easier in little pieces.
Also, for what it's worth, worry is somewhat normal/good. Don't get me wrong, worrying too much is obviously not wonderful, but it's so natural that I hope you aren't scolding yourself about it. Everyone in the world worries about things all of the time -- heck I have many of the same worries that you're having (my own weight, needing a new job, needing a new car, my parents' divorce and the effect of it on my siblings and parents, my best friends' romantic relationship, SCHOOL...).
Urgh, well I kinda lost steam somewhere, but I just felt it might help to hear someone say that everything is gonna turn out okay, and that you should believe in yourself, because I know others believe in you. *nods*
