Today my latest book trailer was unveiled. I  created it for UK author Helen Hollick who wanted it released January 6, 2011 to coincide with the 945th anniversary of the coronation of Harold II (Harold Godwinsson, King of England). Wonderful job on the video!

You have to market yourself where the most people will view it and if that means ending Avalongraphics then so be it. Your career must come first. You've worked long hours and put yourself out there so it's your time to shine Cat :))

Best wishes with your current and future projects.

Hugs and love,

Shelley

Thank you Shelley! I rather like this one myself! And thank you also for the vote of confidence!

I have a lot to accomplish and I am trying to keep from feeling overwhelmed.

Much love and appreciation for your longtime support.

I do believe that is what I'll do with it - not delete it, just leave it as an archive. It seems redundant since I usually end up posting my design work here too *laughs*

Great video Cat, loved it. Is Helen's book on sale here?
Apart from the history we did at school, I don't think I've read anything specifically about King Harold. :))

Thank you!! And Helen is published by Sourcebooks here in the US. The Chosen King (Harold) is to be released on March 1st. So you will see it show up in bookstores this spring. You can get her Arthurian trilogy and Forever Queen in the US as well. She's a great writer so I highly recommend a read!

Love the trailer! :D Also, glad you're not ever intending to leave LJ ;D You're one of the 'oldest' friends I have and who is still active, and I love that :D
