Okay, so by no means is this supposed to be an all-encompassing rec list. Rather, I've decided to just rec a few fics at a time and eventually compile a larger list. As you can see, this particular installment is rather heavily Lannister-biased because well, tbh that's just representative of what I mostly read, but I'll try and rec some other- ( Read more... )

So I have a problem finding good GoT fic and here you have so much of it! I'll be honest: I'm not usually one for AU stories in this 'verse but the ones you have here are so good. Plus the Richard/Emilia fic is just great.

I love you so much for this.

Oh gosh, I totally know what you mean, I was in the same boat when I started poking into this fandom. WHERE IS THE FIC. Haha, and I get that about AUs too, I used to be very "meh" as a whole, especially 'cause I've seen SO MANY where I just wanted to be like "and how are these the characters in anything but name?" but then I absolutely fell in love with ones like these where the characterization managed to feel spot on even in a modern setting, and the beautiful writing certainly didn't hurt.

<3 Aw thanks, well I'm glad to help! Probably gonna do another one soon when I can dig up more stuff I've read and get the proper links - and hopefully the next will be a bit more varied, ha.
