good place with my thesis doesn't mean i'm in a good place with the rest of my hw. i still haven't done my readings for abnormal this week, and i'm about four weeks behind in solid state readings. and not doing hw and just hangin' with friends would be stress me out more than just doing the hw.

Thesis now, chill ALL next semester. I am envious of those who thesis 1st semester. I felt like this ALL of senior year cause I technically thesised BOTH semesters. So, it'll suck for another couple months (less, actually) then it's home free for the rest of the year. Cause trust me, preparing for the thesis presentation is nothing compared to writing the thing.

yeah, rough draft of the entire thing is due mon, as in 7 days from now. two days later i have a 10-15 page paper due for abnormal psych. after that, everything should be pretty much cake. we need to do a run through of our presentations on dec 1, but im not super concerned about that right now.
so yeah, i think i needed a science major to tell me to just suck it up and deal this semester.

Also- how did your pchem test go? good, bad, indifferent? Speaking of pchem- fun fact of yesterday- the pchem lab found 6 pounds of mercury in a squeeze bottle chilling in one of the cabinets in that lab... so good times there.

the test seemd pretty ok...a lot better than I think any of us were expecting. But then again, we don't get it back til Thursday...

I bet Mrs. Sweet was REALLY excited about that discovery...I think Bailey should add that to his little demonstration of "One of these squirt bottles has water in it, and the other has acetone in it. Which one should I squirt at Sarah?"

ummm.... mrs. sweet hasn't been in... she had a miscarriage :( she *might* be in tomorrow, in which case she will probably then find out about it, but she probably won't be thrilled about it. demonstration? squirt bottles? dr. b.? sounds like a story i haven't heard yet... or at the very least, i don't remember it.
