Hello and Happy Sunday!  Gosh it felt good to sleep in this morning!  And I'll have a peaceful day, just doing laundry and lazing about the house, fighting a darn summer cold.   But it gives me the excuse within my own mind to do very little today.  lol  I think I'll spend some time reading.   I"m almost finished with "Prince Caspian" and am ( Read more... )

It sure does suck mentally, I even find myself having to argue points with him in my dreams. :( I sooo want him out of my life.

*giggles* That LotR conversation sure fired up my desire to see the movies again for myself. Since that night, I keep telling my daughter to hurry up and come over. :p

lol My daughter loves the movies too. If only I could get them to read the books. ;)

I don't think he will ever be sensible. He really is just trying to save face and has never had much respect for women. He wants me out of there as much as I want out. Thankfully, he can never fire me. Our system makes a boss justify it thoroughly before he can do that to a government employee. ;) *Huggles back*

Aw, no I didn't get a package. You sent me something?? *blushes* Your such a sweetie! Now I'll be bouncing until it comes. lol Gosh, how I've missed you. Today I took a very long nap and woke up thinking of kitties. lol It made me want to go find my Ithil...but it was after 1600 and I knew you'd be in bed. :(

Yes, work has literally exhausted me. I even worry about driving home some days. I soooo need to leave that organization. *sigh*

It's not often I find an ear to discuss Tolkien. lol I told him I would not loan him the movies...he has to come over to watch it with me on our big screen. ;)

Oh, a mountain lake sounds lovely. S. Colorado would probably be better for that sort of thing.

I'm sorry about work being unbearable. ((((Cass)))).

Oh my, you really sound as though you are describing NY State. All the beautiful lakes and trees! Some are in the old mountains and some not. It's gorgeous! There are some like that in Northern Pennsylvania, too.

Your yard and living room sound as though they are seeing progress, however slow. It's nice that you aren't on a deadline, lol.

I am still steamed that you don't have your supervisor's job, so don't even get me started. Hopefully that lateral move will work out.

What a great thing to be able to introduce a newbie to our world! I hope when he sees them, it will be with you so you can appreciate his first experience. I love doing that!

A blessed Sunday to you to, Lissenya! Feel better soon!

Yes, and in California where we vacationed this year. But I really, really need to stay close enough to family to zip home on the weekend if I need or have the urge to. I was too far away for far too long.

Oh, thank heavens we are not on a deadline for the house...we have enough stress as it is. Nothing was done today with my cold and Hubby had a neck ache. I think he may need to have surgery on a vertebrae, it's getting too painful to control. :(

I'm still steamed about my job too but even more that he can't do anything without asking questions. Thanks for the well wishes...I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

lol I'll probably be nervous hoping he likes the movies as much as I do. He's never really expressed too much interest in fantasy, but we'll see. Maybe the battles will do it for him. ;)

Thanks for the well wishes, sweetness! *cuddles*
