Hello Sweeties!  Happy Weekend and Happy Memorial Day, tomorrow for my US flisters!

This of late has been one of my sadest of holidays.  Not only is it important to me to remember the deeds and sacrifices that our heros have made for our freedom, it also brings memory of my father.  I think I posted his picture that I found at my Mom's when I ( Read more... )

Hey Cassie, so nice to read news from you again! *hugs tightly* Hope those allergies will wear off soon so you feel your good old self again. I'd defo call that woman again to tell her, I bet they never think about that people can react so violently. Folks who aren't bothered with such things just don't. Have fun in Orlando, and at the Space Shuttle lift off! And do go watch the Indy movie, it's great fun! :)

Happy Memorial Day to you! *hugs you tight* What a wonderful and sad story about your father. What an honorable man he was. As you know, I admire people that serve their country with honor.

You know, you technically would have enough for a lawsuit if you wanted to press the issue. I know that you wouldn't, nor would I, but you're right in that someone could have seriously been injured by this. In fact that someone could have been you! I'm worried about you and hope your lungs heal up ok! Take care of yourself, ok?? Scorching your alveoli and linng in your lungs with bleach is a serious thing. *hugs you more* You do need to call them though.

I hope your trip goes well! I know you'll do well! :)

Aww, I'm sorry hon. I do hope she visits more than you think. I also hope she stays out of trouble too. *gives you lots of hugs from me and Jade*

Thank you, dear Laur! Yes, that story is sad, but it also makes me very proud of him. As I told Ithil, I never knew about that picture before moving back here. You can imagine how my heart felt the moment I first saw it! And then learning more detail about how he got it. I touched it up in Photoshop and hung an 8x10 of it in my office at work next to my Hubby's receiving the bronze star. I am so proud of them both...you for your part and all veterens ( ... )
