Yes, as I responded to someone else today, the reports that they were very critical of the surge were greatly exaggerated it seems. Still, what they are reporting seems to be Good News.

They aren't really the ones that are exaggerating their anti-war history. They simply say in the article that they have been critical. I have not read all of their articles; this may be true. It seems that third parties are the ones touting them as some big war-protesters who have suddenly seen the light.
