I am now officially the soon-to-be Assistant Personnel and Training Manager of the shop! The delay in me being properly told this is apparently due to noone suitable being interviewed to replace me on checkouts (That also makes me feel good!!).However as the current APTM leaves at the beginning of August, and I need training, the matter is being ( Read more... )

I get a bit of a payrise, not up to a full APTM, 'cos our shop is so small, but more than I'm on now. Mainly I get to put 'Assistant HR Manager' on my CV, which will be very useful after a year or so...
