This is an interesting link. You can see an explosion fading away at the start of the film and then, part way into it there's the sound of the explosion

A lot of people were very frightened. It seems that the explosions are over at last and they can get down to tending to the victims and cleaning up. It's going to take a long time, I guess, because of all the munitions there.

Lots of conflicting reports there. I hope it's just an isolated accident.

There's still been nothing about it in the BBC News, as far as I can see.
