Oh, no. The mystery of the not fully made scarf! I think the crochet hook did it and then ran away. No other explanation. LoL. Good luck on completing it, dear..

Strange! And you know the day the new ones arrive is the day the old ones will "turn up" in a super obvious spot somewhere. That's how it usually goes for me lol.

It's very strange! That would be nice, but the crochet hooks were stubborn and remained hidden, lol. My new hooks arrived yesterday and I finished the scarf.

Crazy how that happened. Good thing you noticed before you shipped them out. Strange how the hooks disappeared. That happened to me a couple weeks ago. I don't normally need reader glasses, but sometimes, when I'm tired and my contacts are older I need some readers at work to look at the small numbers to do my job. So, I pulled my readers out of my purse. I used them, put them on my desk and when I went to put them away I couldn't find the case. I had the case on my desk, but it was nowhere to be found. It couldn't have gone far, my desk area is small and office enclosed, so where did they go. Still haven't found them. It's like they just walked away, like your crochet hook. It just walked away.

Yes, it's a good thing I noticed it before shipping. Those hooks seem to have walked away, like your glasses case did. The new hooks arrived yesterday from Amazon and now the scarf is finished. I added 11 inches to its length.

Adding 11". WOW! You really did make it shorter than it should be. That's alot extra to be added. Glad you got it done, though. Always an accomplishment.

Yes, so quickly. Amazon is so convenient.

I have no clue how I missed that it was way too short. It's a bulky weight yarn so that made it easier for me to crochet those 11" pretty quickly. Maybe an hour or two. Thanks!
