Is it possible to catch a cold from someone through the internet? Because all over my friends list I see people posting about their colds and yesterday I got the sniffles myself, even though I haven't been in contact with anyone sick. Or maybe I should just go easy on ice cream...

Colds do seem popular at the moment, don't they? Sorry you got one too :(

This one started out so weird that for two days I blamed allergy. Only when I started coughing and got a headache did I realise it must be a cold.

Hope you're feeling better yourself :)

I haven't commented yet, but I've had a cold since Sunday too. :) So now it's four of us! I was up much of the night with a tickle in my throat... the stuffed-up nose I can deal with, it's the un-scratchable tickle that gets me.

I know I got it from my little girl who had a runny nose for several days before me.

Ugh, I hate that tickle with a passion, fortunately I rarely get it. Most often it's my stuffed up nose that's the worst. It gets so bad I wake up in the middle of the night because I can't breathe, and I don't like using nose drops unless I really, really have to, because my nose sort of gets addicted to them :/

Apparently children's germs are very aggressive. A lot of my friends say that when they catch a cold from their children, they feel like they're dying for days, while the child is better in a day or two. Or maybe adults are just less immune to those kinds of bugs.
