Where did you get that graveyard setup! It's delightful! It looks like a set used on a Roger Corman movie!

Um, that's so the patch of "backyard" you shot me in. The tombstones are styrofoam and came out of my closet, actually. LOL. I was a bit inspired by Ed Wood with the fallen headstone toward the foreground of the picture. Hee.

Thanks.

I was gonna say Ed Wood, but I wanted to be clever, so I went with the equally corny but less-namechecked Roger Corman. I'm just making sure my LJ cred stays true.

Did you see this one too? It's the teaser shot I posted the day after.

Very Tim Burton. I giggle.

Very well played having the teaser then the actual flier be different ;)
I like the Cheesy Goth Night font.

Are the tombstones styrofoam? Because they rock!

The font is the Sleepy Hollow typeface. :)
They are totally foam. Heh! :)

I hear you saying this in my head. It is very amusing.

HA! For the first time in FOREVER I don't have to worry about being late or going to work early the next morning (or stupid pyrrhic romantic entanglements). Thus, I preemptively decree this the Best Axis Ever.

MAN I'm looking forward to this. Anything I can do to assist on any level?

Maybe you can help doodle some really insanely excessive eyeliner swirls on my face? :)

If I can manage to get to the florist, I'd like to pick up a few dozen roses to pass out at the event. Would you mind being the {Wilted and Dying} Flower Girl for a bit at the door?

I'm DJing at 9--any requests?

Abso-flaming-lutely! I would offer the ones I was given today to the cause, but I believe I'll want to dry and keep those...

Requesting would feel a mite presumptuous. However, it is the fact hat you are on at 9 that touched off my gleeful outburst about not being late, because I will BE THERE for all of it. If you wanted to know what takes me back to my own Second-Wave Old School days, though, that would be things like Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave, SoM, the Damned...

I am hoping for some decently tasty cheese. Must find time to finish skirt... Well, and start... But I DO have the fabric...

You are unadulterated teh awesome. Will you let me know where you flyered this afternoon so I can tackle other areas? Replying to this comment would work fine.

Thanks again. You rule. Seriously. SRSLY. ;)

Ok. Hit most of Kirkwood - all the posts up and down, got Spoon, Laughing Planet, Cactus Flower, Soma, Tracks. Game Preserve and Skinquake downtown, and a couple of the kiosks around the Union.

Field Agent M out.
