[Mingler-ish] Brats and smug rats

Zhane has had a great time keeping his ' promise' to Wolfram. In fact, he's never been so amused - after some work (and this is why it took so long to happen), he's finally managed to work out a sign that reads exactly what he wants it to read.

It's pink.  It's in blinking lights. It's absolutely obnoxious. It's also in the common room.

Murata walks in and sees the sign. Reading it with a thoughtful expression he then grins to himself and wouldn't be surprised to find out this was about Wolfram. He knows very well how the blond is.

She glances to the sign. "Stranger things than this?" Between her strange arrival and this peculiar sign, even her fertile imagination is hard put to concoct something more peculiar.

He laughs. "Definately! People turning green or falling in love with random people or turning into children. Anything could happen here! Usually it was wise not to eat any food that's just been left lying around.. no matter how tasty it may appear."

"I shall exercise caution, but sometimes it is hard to not sample some of the food that I've discovered in the kitchen," she admits. "I've found some rather exotic dishes there."

"The kitchen food is usually all right. It's when you find it in odd places - or the common room. Then it's likely magical and causes weird side effects."

At least that's what it was like long ago when he was around here. He hasn't encountered such things since his return.

"I shall take that on advisement: you clearly have dwelt here far longer than I have and you know its secrets well," she says. But then again, some weeks later, she'll throw caution to the wind when the magic chocolate buffet is spread...
