[Mingler-ish] Brats and smug rats
Zhane has had a great time keeping his ' promise' to Wolfram. In fact, he's never been so amused - after some work (and this is why it took so long to happen), he's finally managed to work out a sign that reads exactly what he wants it to read.
It's pink. It's in blinking lights. It's absolutely obnoxious. It's also in the common room.

Said culprit may or may not be about - he's in fact spying in from another room, because he wants to see how Wolfram reacts to his prank. Then again, given its location, the demon prince's reaction may not be the only one to be entertaining.
