Guinevere has had plenty of time to recover from her emotions. She's remembered things.

She's remembered her children, the ones she has in another reality, Lleu and Goewin. She's remembered being saved from herself by Sir Kay and another nephew who claimed to have custody of her. She's had dreams.

Uther is just trying to clear his mind. It's quiet here and there aren't nearly as many people. He's having trouble grasping the seeming idea that he's in the middle of a mix of not only lands and peoples but something bigger. He can't understand the people who seem to know of him or Arthur but not the way they should. He knows it's magic, but he can't completely understand in his mind the idea of alternate realities yet. So he just sits, hoping he can relax a bit.

Guinevere (not that Guinevere, the other Guinevere) is sitting not too far. Of course, she has never met Uther Pendragon - he was long dead before her time, in the Britain she once knew.

Nonetheless, she will nod politely at the gentleman in the room, still sowing.

Uther nods back, glad to see someone whose dress and bearing are definately familiar to him. She's a noblewoman, probably royalty, and it's comfortable, like when he runs into the knights around here, rather than the tinge of nerves the strange foriegners give him.

This one is a bit timid, so after the nod exchange, Guinevere resumes sowing, though she's too curious to really let it go. She'll be glancing at the gentleman discreetly.

Something about him... is more or less familiar, except not.

And OMG, I'm so sorry for being so very slow. Finals etc. >.<

"Sure thing! You have a good night, too, Lady Gwen," he says, giving her a gentle, one-armed hug before heading out to the library to find something to read during the long night.
