So, Sandor isn't at all certain how he agreed to this, or why he agreed to this, or possibly even what he agreed to. But he is a sucker for anything Phedre wants, and Phedre wants him to talk to this - winged blind boy, or whatever, and so talk to him he will.

However, he doesn't actually know where to go, for that. Hence, he's outside, greatsword ( Read more... )

He might catch the movement. He might hear her kind of chattering to herself, but there is a girl, scrawny and red-haired, trying to climb up from the porch railing onto the roof. She's got a canteen looped around her shoulder.

"I used to be better at climbing..." This isn't entirely true, but it's okay for her think so.

...he kind of stares at her, pausing in his pacing to watch her scale the roof. "...why would you want to climb on that in the first place?" He wants to know, voice rough, like gravel.

She looks over her shoulder at him, not seeing him very well. "I want to try jumping down." To her, this is a very simple equation.

"...you're going to break your neck." This girl: officially branded crazy. Maybe just a little, though, some girls are weird.

Here is a recently betrothed young lady, who hasn't seen her so-called swordmaster in a very long time.

If Sandor ever wanted to know what became of her, Angelique will be lurking timidly on the porch.

He notices her. Of course. After a little while.

Actually, he knew she was there for a while, but he was kind of checking her for burns first. "...what are you doing here?"

She certainly has some scars on her neck - they're nothing as extensive as Sandor's, but they're there all the same.

She nibbles at her lip, hesitates. "-- I was hoping to say hello," she says, a bit too softly. "But I can leave, if you prefer."

"..." Why are you so. Uhhh. "Do whatever you want," he says, roughly. "I'm not stopping you, am I?"

This one isn't shy! And having a child's short memory has its advantages! So here she is, pouncing Sandor, luckily not on the side of the sword, which is about her height, we imagine.

"Hound!!!" And she's hugging his leg, yes.

WHOA GODS oh okay it's Sophie. And he thought - no, he's not sure what he thought it was. "---hello, Sophie," and probably trying not to smile, just a little, but also brow furrowed in consternation- "Where'd you come from? I didn't even hear you coming."

And now you are on my leg, hi.

Still hugging the leg! She's in fact very happy to see him. It's visible even for the vision-impaired.

"I was inside! I was playing with my dolls, and then I saw you, and I was so happy, I thought you had gone away for ever, like Gaheris and uncle Richard and I missed you so much and aren't you going to give me a hug?"

"...I can't very well when you're attached to my leg. If I try to move that much I'll fall over." Such a crazy little girl. "No, I'm still around. I didn't go anywhere. I don't know where I'd go if I wanted to."

Try as I try, she won't let me keep her away... phedre_25 April 11 2010, 02:43:18 UTC
We're so sorry. Phedre is going to be there too, at one point or another. She's really... really... really... just happy these days, though she does miss her other lover at times (yes, the one they don't talk about).

But she'll always be happy to see a Sandor, and she might simply side along to him, companionably. No need for words, for now.

He does not want to talk about her other lover they do not talk about. Mostly because he still doesn't trust Martell not to figure out some way to get around promising not to kill him, or whatever.

However, he might smile just barely when she turns up beside him. Quietly pleased, though he doesn't speak right away - the way the angle of his body and head shifts toward her might be almost better.

Other lover they don't speak about might be Mildmay, in fact, since Oberyn has been quite widely discussed. And she misses them both.

She smiles a little, leans closer, enough to feel the heat of his body. For a moment, she does not talk.

She finally breaks the silence, and it's understood already. "Are you looking for him?"

Oh yes, that one. He's not even aware that that one exists. Probably a good thing.

"...yeah," he says, after a second. "I don't really know where to look. I thought I'd just wait." Shrug. But see! I am doing something! Like you wanted. :|

And there's a break in the avalanche of young girls, in the form of a rather pretty-faced young fellow with violet eyes, who's in his yard work gear as he heads toward the greenhouse. Which is when he spots the big guy with the big sword and jolts, thinking a shinigami from anothe region of the afterlife has shown up, then quickly realizes this armed man is a plain vanilla mortal. He then tries to tiptoe past the guy, since his track record with guys with swords hasn't been the best...

Sandor...doesn't like being watched either. However, he doesn't pull his sword on you right away.

It would be ridiculous, in the first place. However, he is in a worsening mood the longer it takes bird- okay, fine, Iggy - to turn up. "Who the hell are you?"

"Oh, ah, I'm Asato Tsuzuki," he replies, awkwardly. "D-don't mind me, I, ah, was just on my way to the greenhouse to take care of some plants there."

"What are you sneaking around for?"
