[introduction] Amber Sweet is addicted to the knife!

Apr 01, 2010 00:08

 'Alright.'

A shiver goes through the length of her body. 'But I don't want to wake up just yeeet--'. She doesn't like her own whiny voice; perhaps they should have adjusted her vocal cords just a touch differently? Huh. She definitely must talk to her father.

Another shiver, and her head convulses on the rubber pillow. Thud. Wait. That should be a ( Read more... )

I COULD NOT RESIST.

Belize is used, or at least used to be, to this sort of call - though as he was then working in the infectious disease wing, patients were generally more feeble than the call he's hearing from Amber.

All the same, have a small, effeminate African American nurse wandering in faster than he might otherwise, just in case (the Mansion is a scary place, after all.)

"Easy, easy there, girl," he thinks he's talking to a hooker from the red district, seriously - look at what she's wearing...

I could not resist. If there is any other of mine you'd like to see here... I was thinking Johnny might be interesting - he's a rake and she's half naked, after all. just let me know. ^^

Typist is actually laughing out loud right now-- how right can you be, darling? Also, I have the feeling that Amber will be quite an /interesting/ pup, to say the least. And feel free to throw Johnny at her *bursts in another fit of uncontrollable laughter*.

She keeps hitting the floor with her fist. Her whole body is shaking.

"I'm no bloody girl, you idiot! JUST GET ME OUT OF HERE ALREADY!"

Alright! I'm doing this one, and punting Johnny, and then WORK.

It's becoming obvious to Belize that this one is not sane in the least - at least, that's his educated assessment.

"Hey there, lady, respect," he warns. "I didn't sign up for this bullshit - and I'm not on duty."

Typist thinks she might love Belize.

At least she stops hitting - for now. She actually leans on an elbow and takes a suspicious look at him.

"You should be, really, if you know who's sponsoring your surgeries."

In one of the corridors of the Mansion, there's a thug lurking. He's in fact from another of earth's futures... and could easily be mistaken for a Graverobber type - though as we know, he's never heard of Zydrate, and doesn't deal.

He's not going to pretend he didn't notice the half-naked girl, if she were to walk by him. Again. She's half-naked. He likes to think with his lower brain.

*sneeerk* Assuming it's a bit later?

Amber is still dizzy from the last... intervention. She'll walk wobbly, perhaps pressing a hand on the wall every now and then for balance.

When she spots Johnny, she watches him wearily, through half-closed eyes.

"What the fuck are you looking at?"

Mwhahaha! Assuming!

He chuckles, and doesn't bother to hide the rakish thoughts in his mind. "The vista, lovely." A beckoning motion. "Come here, you - what's your name?"

Because seriously. Seriously.

*snerk forever* And I kind of really want a Victorian person to meet her, actually. >.>

Amber leans against the wall, because seriously? She's dizzy. What?

"You come here if you're oh-so-willing," she snaps.

Sure ^^! Also, come on, I'm so amused I might pop!

A tall young fellow with tousled brown hair violet-eyes, his slim form in a light green shirt and worn jeans has entered, carrying an armload of sticks tied together and if she's not careful where she's going --

"Whaaah!!" The sticks go flying and the young guy falls over backwards in a heap with the sticks on top of him now.

Tsuzuki looks *up* at her, trying not to stare. He's only seen girls dressed like that when he's had summons that brought him into the less-friendly parts of Tokyo. Since he does have the body of a healthy twenty-six year old, it's a little hard for him not to be curious, even if his hundred-some-odd years of experiance leave him somewhat appalled.

Yes, she will bump into him. She's still confused after the last surgery, and still a bit high on Zydrate.

"Idiot. Next time watch your step, okay?"

She's quite furious now, and checking her face to see if anything happened to it.

"S-sorry, Miss, I didn't see you coming -- err, well, I did, but you kind of startled me," he says, sitting up slightly and rubbing the back of his head both out of nerves and because he whacked his head on the tiles. He manages to scramble to his feet. "I hope I didn't hurt you," he says, cocking his head to minimize the differences in their heights as he examines her face to see if she's all right.

Amber arches a perfectly groomed eyebrow.

"No. Don't sweat. It's impossible to hurt a Largo."

Of course, when her real name is useful, she makes use of it. Otherwise she tends to forget her family ties; anyway.

"What were you doing with those filthy sticks?"

Not a nurse, but a pale figure in white with a slight scent of antiseptic about him approaches and kneels beside her, slipping a concerned but professional hand under her shoulder, taking her wrist in one long, graceful hand as if checking her pulse. "Miss, it's going to be all right, just take a deep breath or two," he says in a calm gently commanding voice, the kind that doctors use toward hysterical patients, but there's something a bit different about it. "Are you all right? You didn't trip did you?"

Yes, the Doctor is in...sane...

We'll have to assume that the Muraki interaction actually happens before the Tsuzuki one, for continuity's sake.

"No, I just, you know, took a short... trip," she says venomously. "Now could you get me the fuck out of here?"

"I take it you're using controlled substances of a recreational nature, not that I question what people do, as long as they do it responsibly," he says, maintaining that professional calm. "What are you using, if I might ask?"

You're testing Amber's patience, Muraki darling. She also has a short attention span, and definitely lacks the vocabulary to understand what you're talking about.

"Come again? I think you weren't paying attention the first time around! I said, get-me-out-of-here! Do I need to spell it for you?"

Have a Finwean - tall, black-haired, piercing grey eyes, on his way through the common room outside to meditate. He does stop upon spotting her, however, and takes in her strange getup with a rised eyebrow. This is risque even compared to the strange getup of mortal girls these days.

"Lady, are you quite well?" he asks after a beat. There is something strange about the look in her eyes, and he offers an arm in case she needs support.

"Dude, I'm fine," she snaps. Then she stops abruptly: now why is this guy so handsome? By any normal rules, he shouldn't be, unless--. "Whoa, wait. Who's your surgeon?"

"My surgeon? Would you have me take you to a healer?"

Maglor takes hold of her arm, not in order to hurt her, but to steady her. If she asks after a surgeon, perhaps she does need attention. His brow creases. She does not look wounded, but her beheaviour is strange and confusedly confusing. Perhaps it is a head injury. He has seen people with those look odd.

"Come," he says gently. "I can find you a place to rest until we have found you a surgeon."

She's interested, Mags. As long as surgery is involved, she's interested.

"How did he do it? Is it your face-- I mean, it's just a lift, or... did he take it from the dead?"

She's genuinely asking for information while casually leaning on his shoulder and batting her eyelashes at him.
