[mingler] hear ye all mansion residents

Maledisant thinks the Mansion is a very boring place. Nothing much happens and the people are insufferable. She's starting to suspect that some of the residents spend their time intentionally coming up with new ways to be annoying. She's not entirely sure she can blame them. The Mansion is a very dull place, after all, and it's not easy for ( Read more... )

Walking down one of the hallways, 11-12 sees something on the floor and picks it up. Reading the words, he frowns. What was it supposed to mean and who would say such things? He began walking and found another paper with the same message, then another.

This was strange and a little disturbing.

We don't think these two have met, have they? Anyhow, here's Daniel Jackson, looking torn between amusement and disapprobation.

He has issues with Morgana, but this... is very inelegant.

11-12 glances up at an unfamiliar face and they may exchange a look.

"Do you know what this means?"

And who's going to go look for you, Maledisant? A professional harlot, of course.

Sugar is incandescent over these notices and is taking it upon herself to tear every single one of them down.

It's bound to lead to confrontation.

Maledisant can't help looking pleased at the other woman's anger. She's not bothered by the fact Sugar's tearing down notices. There are still plenty to go around.

"Is something wrong?"

Ines thinks this is bullcrap - she knew about it, having had the benefit of Morgana's confession - but her mild crush on the pretty lady kept her safe from such medieval meddling on Ines' part.

She's around, though.

Sniffing about.

Manuel's nearby. He finds a notice on the floor, picks it up, and reads it. He doesn't know what he was expecting it to say but... it was not this.

He's blushing.

Tristan, having spotted one of the slanderous posters, is going to go on a quest to rightfully clean Morgana's reputation.

She is his friend, and he would vouch for her with his eyes closed.

He absolutely won't believe this.

Is there any chance Maledisant would take responsibility for her actions to a warlock's face?

Because Steerpike is definitely working some mojo on one of the posters to figure out their origin.

She would love to! In fact, ever since she found out Morgana has a lover, she's been wondering who would be desperate enough to bed such an obnoxious woman.

She's walking with a definite spring in her step. This is the most fun she's had in ages.

"Are you quite alright, my lord?" Her voice is playful, verging on mocking.

"I am well," he replies simply, but hardly sounds it.

"Who begs the question, pray tell?"

Steerpike would love to know who did this.
