[Spoiler (click to open)]He'd done it. Jack had asked his own father to kill him, to order his execution. Thomasina had said, "Your father wants for you a living death, to brick you into a wall with someone who loves you - who you can't stand the sight of... until you produce an heir, which Silas will take, and raise right this time

Stark just wanted to piss in peace, not come on some scene out of every tv drama ever.
"Shit!"
At least he didn't just slam the door and leave it for someone else to find; maybe he was feeling more charitable today, or maybe the whole 'Brienne thing' was mellowing him out.
"Come on, asshole. That's no way to get out of here..." The Nephilim kneels in the water by the bath, reaching out to check the wounds and for a pulse and is glad when he finds one. He's got no qualms dragging a naked guy out of the bathtub and grabbing towels and the like to staunch the bleeding.
"You die on me, I'm going to kick your ass when you come back," he growls, tying off one wound tightly.
Stark carries Jack in, dropping him onto the bed with ... slightly more care than he would normally. Mostly out of deference to the doctor's stitching.
"We can let him sleep some of it off," he says. "One of us should stick around though when he wakes up. He's going to freak out and have questions I'll bet."
"I'll stick around," the doctor says with a sigh. "I'll need to talk to him about caring for the stitches when he comes to anyway, and I want to ask him why he ended up in that bathtub in the first place. Haven't been here that long myself, but I should be able to give him the basics about the place as well."
McCoy rummages in the closet until he comes up with a spare blanket that he tucks around his patient. "So," he says conversationally, voice calm and friendly, "you gonna tell me what happened?"
"I really don't. I was just walking by when I saw someone who didn't even know you trying to help you. So why don't you just try to explain it to me." He's confused by the insistence that he knows, but maybe the guy's new and doesn't understand where he is. McCoy was confused enough on his arrival and he was conscious.
"Nope. Never even heard of a Silas. I think you'll find that where ever you were when you lost consciousness, this isn't it." He shrugs. "Don't worry, doesn't make a lot of sense to me, either."
"Well, it's some kind of mansion," Bones says, "just not that one. Far as I know this one hasn't got a name." Not that he's exactly sure what it was he said there. "So why don't we start over from the beginning. "My name's Dr. Leonard McCoy. What's yours?"
"Shit!"
