your first 8 sentences were exactly how i felt! i mean exactly, and when he "gagged" me he kept it in for like an extra second, which was enough to make me gag twice.. grr.
Sorry about your wrist----> i am scared about needles sharp objects too. One time when i had to get the daily prick for my finger (when little) I ran from them and hide and when they found me i cried so much i didnt have to get it:). I always remember that time, too bad i cant do that now aha. Well hope you feel better <3 - becca
