A birthday at the beach sounds made of awesome. Almost as much awesome as those cupcakes, but not quite as much as that shirt. Do you do adult sizes?

Your monkey shirt is adorable. A hint for collar success? Press, press, press each step of the way. Trying and time consuming yes but it does help you end up with a smooth(ish) collar. At least it does for me. Most of the time.

Did I ever show you the pictures of Chloe dancing with a giant Curious George? Seriously, kids love monkeys. The shirt will be a hit.

It's actually not the collar itself that's the problem. That part lays flat and turned out okay. I'm just not sure how to describe the part I screwed up. Basically it's where the binding on the front of the shirt where the buttons are meets the collar. I messed up the top and ended up with a raw edge somehow. I have trouble visualizing what the pattern's saying when it comes to that.

Anyway, it's a shirt, so whatever. I'll figure it out next time.

It's a netbook, so yes, mini laptop. It's tiny and adorable!
