I think you single handedly made me not hate Valentine's Day quite so much:)

Oh, I love it. Not because I ever have cause to celebrate; I just like indulging my devotion to pink :)

This was the best way to start my morning; thank you. I might also steal the 10 things idea for Nick's card, I hope you don't mind. And even though I've just gotten into the show, I love them so much.

Of course I don't mind. I stole it from the movies, and they stole it from Shakespeare, so it's not original or anything.

That was the absolute sweetest, fluffiest, loveliest, most wonderful Valentine's fic ever. I think I may actually be melting right now. My agreement with Jack about the blatant commercialism of Valentine's Day may just be thawing a bit since I suddenly have this insane urge to get some red and pink construction paper and cut them up in hearts of varying sizes.

Embrace the construction paper. The construction paper is your friend.

It gives you cavities, it's so sweet! Ahahaha. This is how I think of them in my head all the time, syrupy and grossly in love and raising a perfect little family, with Jack grumbling about conspiracies and stupid people along the way, and Wendell blushing sometimes. I just like dragging all of you down with me :)

I love the construction paper, really, I do. You should see some of the exceptional construction paper decorations I made in college for the dorm room door.

Is it wrong that I want to be dragged down with you? I just love those boys, they are just so snuggly and wonderful. As a matter of fact, i was watching the repeat of Fire in the Ice they showed on TNT the other night and all I could think about the whole time was those two going on their first date.

Needless to say, this makes me want to write some disturbingly sweet Valentine's Day fic for Wendell and Jack...because really, they are just *sigh* my newest happy place.

Thanks. This fandom is my happy place so for me, it must remain pretty angst-free.

I know this probably wasn't the reaction you were going for, but seriously thank you for making me cry in a good way for the first time all day. This was sweet and beautiful and I love Wendell not noticing he has glitter on his face, and that Jack made such a DAD joke, "You have your hands full, literally." and that even when the baby sitter is there and Wendell could be off getting ready he instead spends time with his daughter and makes the sweetest valentine ever.

I loved this in its entirety.

As I was writing this, I kept thinking to myself, 'this is appalling. APPALLINGLY ROMANTIC.' But I kept writing anyway. Originally it was going to end with the actual valentine, but then I thought Wendell deserved better than a dinner out, so I kept going until I was sure everybody was happy.

Ha! I'm such a dork. Anyway, I'm glad that it made you happy too :)
