Oh! I love it! You did it! And yes, I had a feeling it would be hard to write, but man, what a payoff. That was awesome.

Mostly the writing was a lot of sitting around and waiting for Brett to decide what he was going to do next. Which is kind of weird considering Avery was telling the story, but then again, he waits around for Brett to decide things a lot.

There are a couple different ways I can see things going after this. I haven't decided which one I like best yet.

Okay have to come back to read the rest, but pounced on the Forsaken. I really only cared about the 'Baby' so thank you!!!!

Loved that conversation and Nick's worry and Sean's laughter and the getting behind handcuffs! :-) Yay.

Heh at Merton's distracting Banshee moans. Especially to Tommy's sensitive cute werewolf ears!

And Avery and Brett was perfect, it was just very them and perfectly awkward -- and I loved the end with Brett wanting Avery to be sure wait for him and the cocky grin. Yay!

Forsaken! Eeheehee! Aw, I really loved that. Followed up by equally awesome Tommy/Merton and people-from-show-I've-never-watched (What show are they from? Eh. Porn!).

Brett and Avery are characters from a fabulous movie called Suicide Kings. Very, very slashy. And it has Christopher Walkin! I recommend it.

I love Tommy and Merton! Yes, I think I love Speed and Tyler...but that does not, in any way, excuse you from the occasional Nick and Greg. 'Cause no one is as yummy as Nick and Greg...but I did tell you that I love Tommy and Merton, right??

Tommy and Merton are hard not to love. Well, at least Tommy is. I pretty much only like Merton because Tommy likes him so much. Speed and Tyler, though, I love love love.

I think I love Merton because he reminds me of my brothers son. We are about the same age, and Jeff went thru that whole "Goth" thing...liberty spikes, piercings, Doc Martins. He turned out to be a very nice young man, but he was such a nerd-gone-wild for a while. Your Merton is very much like that to me.
