Squee! WaT Holiday Fluff is perfect. And I just reread Lock and Key and I love that story. And I LOVE this one too. Just was perfect. So Martin and Danny. Yay.

Thank you.

And Luis says thanks for his fudge. :-)

(he gave me a t-shirt with Ron Weasley on it in his awful dress robes)

Tell Luis he's very welcome. <3 Ron and his ugly dress robes.

As for the fic, I'm glad you liked it. I almost sent it to you yesterday in a fit of 'I can't finish this' panic, but then I worked it out. Mostly I just wanted to write something for the season this year, considering last year was a total wash, and fic-wise in general I haven't written much this year at all.

Meeble. So cute. Martin is just so oblivious and dorky and I love them. This rocked.

I wouldn't sweat it about using the transit strike. You're not making any judgement calls about it, after all, just using it as an impetus. And besides, any excuse to put those two in a confined space together just has to be taken :-)

Mostly I was just worried that people would think I was being kind of flip about the transit strike. I stopped worrying so much about it when they went back to work, but for awhile there people on my friends list were stuck in the city for the holidays and I felt guilty writing crackfic (which this started as, I swear) about their situation.

Anyway. Thanks : )

...ordered enough food to feed ten people and pretended to be on the line long after the call ended.

*snickers and pats Martin* XD Loved it. :3

It's not so much that I seek them out or that I'm coming back to them. In fact, I hardly ever think about them, at least not in the obsessive way I still think about Speed all the time. It's just that every so often they appear in my brain and I just write it down, never really knowing if it's going to be decent or not. This isn't one of my best efforts, but I wanted to write *something* for Christmas this year, since I blew off last year entirely.

Plus, the whole transit strike thing. I was reading an article at work and the idea hit me full force. It was supposed to be crackfic, but it went all romantic once Christmas wormed its way in there.

Anyway, I'm glad you liked. Thanks.
