Oh, sigh. This was so good. Martin's uncertainty and Danny's flirty-ness and just all the little details about their "dates" was so well done.

It started *out* as crackfic, swear to God. But then Martin went and got all romantic on me, and I just couldn't say no. I'm such a sucker.

Yay, I finally got a chance to read this, and then it took me a minute to figure out how to generate the actual comment window. *feels dumb*

Not that Danny didn't always look sexy, because it was Danny and he practically oozed sexy. But he looked even better when he was sitting on Martin's couch, hair mussed and tie loose and looking just a little debauched.

And that's just it, isn't it? Danny just always looks well-fucked. It would be highly distracting. I love the dynamic of this story, how Martin's parsing every sentence and moment, trying to figure out its significance, and Danny's sitting there thinking, "Jesus, Martin, get with the program, already."
