So, awful person that I am I finally, finally, finally have gotten around to commenting. And the first chapter is off with a bang. It also feels realistic, as I can see Noah stuck like this. Oakdale, without Luke, has really stopped being his home, and Noah, honestly, needs to start living his dream. Right now he's just spinning his wheels-for what? He's still in love with Luke, who is in love with another man.
That's not a life.
So, enter the awesome Jeff and the equally awesome Aaron, who smacked some sense in him. I LOOOVVVE the idea of Aaron and Noah rooming together, and Noah being Aaron's gay wingman.
And I think I wanna frame Aaron's statement, about Luke not pissing rainbows or shitting gold. Trufax.
And I got teary over the Holden/Noah scene, something the show cheated us out of a lot. I think Holden's approval would mean the world to Noah, and I can't imagine how wrenching it would be to leave the entire Snyder clan behind.
