that Obama would stop being a douche about LGBTQ issues. I mean, I know he's old school and all, but he needs to kick his attitudes about them back to the book they came from and start addressing the actual current shown and proven harm of segregating and ghettoizing those who are not straight, who do not conform physically and mentally to gender/

That makes me really mad. I had bad feelings about him from the beginning and they have only been confirmed.

It's disappointing, because there are some things he's got done that I'm so down with that I don't think McCain would have swung but, some stuff I'm really feeling the generation gap on. I mean, it was easy with Bush, 'cuz I didn't like him, his attitude, where it looked like he wanted the country to go or pretty much any of his politics. But with Obama, well, political complexity! I really fucking hate his attitude on LGBTQ issues. He's just not socially liberal enough for me.
