Well.. I do not know where to start..

Well.. I guess at the beginning of this week.

Firstly, I have contacted a lawyer.. he has given me great advice.. and have an appointment on Monday, to see what my rights are.. how to proceed..etc..etc...etc..File paper work... etc...

From what I was told.. if he does leave the home. I can pretty much petition

Him wasting money on his 'ho while you're having a hard time feeding your children, gawd that makes me soooo angry. Seems to be par for the course with those bastards, another LJ friend of mine had the same problem with her husband wining and dining his piece of fluff while she took care of the family with her part time job at Walmart.

So glad you're getting good advice from the lawyer; I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you that you'll be able to kick his ass to he curb in no time.

Thanks so much!! yeah.. he has gone off the deep end.. I slammed him tonight.. (I was calm, but think it sunk in)... that his behavior was detrimental to the children.. and to shape up...or ELSE!!

Well the else, is already happening! but, he doesn't have to know that!

I wish I had magic wand.. and just have the divorce over and done with!

I don't even know what to say. I'm glad you have this space to pour out all of your feelings about it because I think it's good to let them out and we're all here to support you. I don't think I ever realized that if the man doesn't just move out that he can actually live there throughout the proceedings. I guess I should be thankful that my father just moved because I can't imagine the stress. I hope your husband does the same, if for no other reason than for your boys. It will be hard on them but as you said having him there must just hurt more. *big hugs* Keep strong and keep talking; no need to apologize for any of these posts.

Thanks so much for the support.. yes the cohabitating is just brutal.. but we are at least talking.. we have to.. with the kids, finances.. etc.. but.. only time will tell..
