Need some advice...
Does anyone has some tricks to fall asleep at night? I don't know, if that's the heat, the fact that I'm alone or insomnia but I can't fall asleep at night even though I'm tired. The only thing someone told me to do is drink hot milk. I did it yesterday night but it didn't work ( Read more... ) -

Feel bad right now. I got humiliated in front of my friends this afternoon. I played the strong one, like the humilitaion didn't hurt me, but it actually did.
