He's put out a bunch of bills about suspending the reduction on this duty, and suspending the duty on that import and such-- I'd guess he's business focused.

Even the ABC news was picking up on the whole foreclosure-shopping thing. (Although I'd have to see more detail to know what folks mean by fraudulent-- this is an incredibly polarized topic, and the second link...well, matches its address. Lots of bombast, not a lot of substance-- not really a flaw, in something clearly meant to get folks' attention, I'm just a freak that gets annoyed with what just gets other folks's attention.)

IIRC, the not-really-adjourned congress thing is partly a big to-do to keep stuff from being pushed through while congress isn't in session.
