Work has been thrown in a bit of a loop lately. It's been just two of us on second shift all week because our third guy got hit by a car while on his scooter. We don't know how he managed to get lucky enough not to have broken anything, but still he's so bruised up it remains a big question mark as to if he will be able to work Monday or not.

I'd considered it. Sadly, something has come up.
I'd double check that. Some reports say it's HFCS that does it which implies that cane sugar sweetened sodas did not. There's a lot of conflicting information out there.

From what I understand about the problem with soda isn't so much that it has sugar but rather the kind of sweetener. Most sodas now use corn syrup to sweeten their drinks instead of using cane sugar. I think that Kool Aid even used it as part of their ads how with Kool Aid you add cane sugar instead of the corn syrup found in soda.

I know, High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS). That's my point. It's not necessarily the soda. It might be the sweetener. I haven't bothered to research it but I hear there is some conflicting research.
