Work has been thrown in a bit of a loop lately. It's been just two of us on second shift all week because our third guy got hit by a car while on his scooter. We don't know how he managed to get lucky enough not to have broken anything, but still he's so bruised up it remains a big question mark as to if he will be able to work Monday or not. Spent the weekend looking at all the pictures out of Toy Fair. Got to say it's getting to be a less and less exciting event because most of the big names hold back the really good stuff for either the fan cons or things like Comic Con. Had a bit of the cabin fever Sunday so since things had warmed up a bit I cleaned off the car and decided to check out the roads. That's when I hit my pet peeve of if you are going to take your car out in the snow and things are warming up then for the love of whatever you deem holy clean the snow off your damn car. Seems like a rash of bad luck has hit like a flu. One of the guys at work had been sick all night Sunday so it was his bad luck that the only days we will work this week is Monday and Tuesday.
