Don't worry, the last bit of a Ph.D. submission always takes longer than you think it's going to...I did once meet a young Irish student on a train who'd managed to get almost to the end without creating a Bibliography! and had all the books and journals spread around his house like a trail of breadcrumbs which he was following on his hands and knees...thinking back that was before the wonders of word-processing software. Hang in there! *hug*
