I would also like all of these things, except, I kind of like the orange jacket. I would like to add one thing to the list. Sam and Dean find out it was Cas who let Sam out of the panic room.

I agree with everything you've said especially 'Insane Archangel Michael, played by Matt Cohen.' OH YES PLEASE! And definitely no Lucifer - we can but hope!
