You know, it's occurred to me that show's vision of Heaven isn't a lot different from the Djinn induced hallucination in "What is and what should never be".

Exactly. And now that Mary knows the John, Sam, and Dean she had in heaven aren't the real ones, I wonder how that will affect her when she gets back.

Yeah, I could see this happening. Mary torn between the needs of others, not seeing any other way out. Sam understanding and accepting, which is both sweet and so fucked up.
